Last week and this weekend were exceptionally busy, but I don't mind. It was nice to be able to visit with the ones that I love. Since it was quite busy, and I accomplished essentially no school work, I figured I would share some of the pictures that I took along the way.
One night, I made an awesome grilled chicken salad for Boy and myself. It was super good and far better for us than the Steak n' Shake that we were planning on eating. Boy even ate the squash that I put in it without complaining.
I also made some crayons for my little cousin. She turns 3 next weekend, but we went ahead and had her party. She'll never know anyway. It turned out to be quite a process, but I was happy with the results. So far, her mother and sister are the only ones to have played with them. That's fine by me, as long as they enjoy themselves.
Food seemed to be a theme. Here's an awesome yogurt, fruit, and granola breakfast that I made myself one morning.
And a super awesome sandwich that I had for lunch that day. In case you have not noticed, I am quite the fan of food.
Back to the crayons, they are super easy to make, but beware; making them in muffin tins makes them look like peanut butter cups, which means someone may try to eat them. . .
Then we went for a ride with Boy's mother, sister, and brother. His brother had quite the time. Boy was stoic as usual.
My sister came home for Easter. . .
Then Moo Moo and Boy got their mutual fixes, once Boy got here, that is. . .
How was your Easter week? I love your comments!!
